The Shri Garh Ganesh Ji Temple is one of the oldest and most spiritually powerful temples in Jaipur, dedicated to Lord Ganesha in his child form, famously known as Purushakriti Ganesh. Unlike traditional idols, the deity here is depicted without a trunk, representing Bal Ganesha (child Ganesha)—a form rarely worshipped in India.
Built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II in the early 18th century, the temple was established before the foundation of Jaipur city, to seek divine blessings for its construction and prosperity.
